Philip M. Silver

 

Biography

 

Phil has a broad and extensive practice in the areas of real estate law, commercial financing, business law and commercial transactions.

 

Real Estate and Development

Phil has assisted real estate owners and developers with numerous commercial and residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial construction projects, mixed use projects and office and retail leases. He routinely assists clients with general real estate matters such as purchase and sale transactions, ground leases, shopping center leases and Section 1031 Like Kind Tax Exchanges.

 

Commercial Financing

Phil has extensive experience representing private lenders and borrowers in the area of commercial finance. He has helped commercial lenders close numerous transactions in nearly all areas of commercial finance, including: real estate mortgage financing, asset lending and construction lending.

 

Business Law and Commercial Transactions

Phil represents business clients with new business entity formations, buying and selling businesses and assets, stock purchase and sale transactions, transfers of stock and membership interests, general contracts and business agreements and related commercial transactions.

 

Board Memberships

Phil has served as a Board Member of Rochester Community Baseball for many years. He formerly served on the Board of the Learning Disability Association and as its President.  He also formerly served on the Board of the Health Association of Rochester.

Awards

While at the Syracuse University College of Law Phil received the Justinian Award for Excellence in Moot Court awarded for the outstanding oral presentation in freshman year moot court competition.  Phil was also appointed Chairman of the Moot Court Board.

Sammy Feldman

 

Biography

 

Sammy Feldman practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions including real estate financing. Sammy represents companies and individuals in a variety of transactions, including contract negotiations, real estate development, leasing and evictions.

 

 

Additionally, he has experience in handling corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions and an array of other matters.

 

 

Sammy is a member of the New York Bar Association and Monroe County Bar Association and its real estate and bankruptcy sections. He has been a member of the Monroe County Bar fee arbitration committee and former chair of the consumer law committee of the Monroe County Bar Association.

 

 

Sammy is admitted to multiple courts including the Western District Court of New York, the Northern District Federal Court, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America. While he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo he was honored by becoming a member of the Law Review.  

 

 

Sammy received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of Buffalo Law School.
